Thank you for choosing PianoCherry. We are committed to delivering your home and kitchen essentials quickly and securely. This policy applies strictly to orders placed and delivered within India.
1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Speedy Dispatch: 100% of our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Weekend Orders: Any orders placed over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Gujarat: 6–7 business days.

Rest of India: 7–10 business days.

Note: In certain remote pin codes, delivery times may extend up to 15 business days depending on the courier partner's reach.
3. Order Tracking
Stay updated on your shipment! Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will update the tracking details in your Shopify order information. If you do not receive these details via email or SMS, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on your specific delivery location. To view the exact shipping fee for your order, please refer to the Order Summary page during checkout.

6. Important: Upon Receipt of Your Order
We take great care in packaging our products. However, we advise you to:

Carefully inspect the package before signing for the delivery.

If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged."

Contact us on the same day of delivery to report any issues.
7. Failed Delivery & Non-Cooperation
If a package cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect shipping address, absence of the receiver, or refusal to collect), the package will be returned to PianoCherry at the customer’s expense.

All incurred shipping costs (forward and reverse) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
8. Shipping Delays & Transit Issues
While we strive for swift deliveries, certain factors like extreme weather, public holidays, or logistics bottlenecks are beyond our control.

Bank Holidays: We do not deliver on Bank Holidays; your parcel will arrive on the next working day.

Transit Policy: If a shipment is stuck in transit, it may take up to 45 days for the courier service to resolve the issue.

Liability: Once the package leaves our facility, the courier company is responsible for the transit. PianoCherry is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in monitoring and escalating the status of your shipment.
